With over a decade of experience conducting research, our services include user experience research, program evaluation, exploration/discovery, and usability testing. We particularly enjoy working collaboratively with our clients to solve research challenges using low cost and efficient strategies.

We offer both generative and evaluative research services using a variety of methodologies and techniques, such as ethnography, contextual inquiry, focus groups, in-depth interviewing, surveys, diary studies, heuristic evaluation, concept testing, usability testing, and card sorting.
